Can you create an order of execution of a USB?
Someone is stealing my USB stick. I want my USB to run a batch file that has been shutdown-st 30-c "NAMECENSORED ur a retard"-f I want to create a autorun file for that, so if you do not run the end of abortion in 30 seconds, would require shutting down the computer:) Does anyone have any idea how to do this without installing additional software on the computer as that could completely ruin the purpose of this?
Autoruns are controlled by the autorun.inf file, which you can edit or create in Notepad. Just type: [autorun] open = action = shutitdown.bat label shutitdown.bat Run = OFF Assuming you have a file named shutitdown.bat at the root of your drive, of course. However, depending on how it is configured to run automatically on your computer, you may / may not work. If autorun is configured to start automatically (as in a program is run automatically), then it will work. If autorun is configured to prompt (ask if you want to run the file or not) or disabled (not running the file) then it will not work. If someone steals your USB flash drive, then perhaps you may want to encrypt the information instead? Just a suggestion.
